We are hiring for Warehouse Operatives to undertake general warehouse duties in Glasgow. This is a friendly warehouse team that handles a high volume of customer orders, and you will be an important part of this team helping to ensure that orders are completed on time.

Duties of a Warehouse Operative:

  • Handling and lifting heavy boxes and bulky items.
  • Carrying out a significant amount of manual handling.
  • Stacking and wrapping pallets.
  • Sorting parcels and organising items efficiently.
  • Unloading trailers and ensuring items are stored correctly.
  • Adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
  • Cleaning and tidying the workspace as required to maintain a safe environment.

Skills and Experience of a Warehouse Operative:

  • No prior experience is required, but it would be beneficial.
  • You should have a good level of physical fitness to meet the demands of the role.
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety practices is advantageous.
