A well‑established and highly reputable electrical wholesale distributor is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead their successful Luton branch. This is an excellent opportunity to join a national business known for its strong customer relationships, operational excellence, and commitment to team development.
As a Branch Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the branch, ensuring high levels of customer service, operational efficiency, and commercial performance. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will lead and develop a team while driving business growth and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all branch operations including sales, purchasing, stock control, and logistics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Lead, coach, and motivate the branch team to achieve high performance standards
- Identify and drive new business opportunities to support branch growth
- Manage branch performance, budgets, and KPIs
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations
We are looking for an experienced and driven professional with a strong background in electrical wholesale and proven leadership capabilities.
Requirements- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the electrical wholesale industry
- Strong operational and stock management experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills
- Commercially aware with the ability to drive sales and performance
- £55,000 - £60,000 salary plus annual performance bonus
