Requirements
Essential:
- Operating a Bendi forklift (qualified or with relevant experience)
- Previous warehouse experience, including goods handling
- A good understanding of warehouse operations, including stock rotation and safety protocols
Desirable:
- Forklift licence (FLT) is an advantage but not required as training may be provided
Roles & Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading deliveries using appropriate manual handling techniques
- Checking incoming goods against delivery notes and reporting any damages or discrepancies
- Sorting, organising, and storing stock in the correct warehouse locations
- Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks, pump trucks, and (where trained) forklifts
- Preparing goods for dispatch, including labelling, wrapping, and securing pallets
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment at all times
- Following health and safety procedures and complying with warehouse regulations
