Are you an experienced Labourer with groundworks experience? Regional Recruitment are recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join a professional and growing construction services company. This is a site-based contract role supporting groundworks teams, requiring a proactive individual who can assist across a variety of tasks while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency on site.

Qualifications Essential:

  • Valid CSCS Card
  • Previous experience working on groundworks sites

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist groundworkers with tasks such as digging, drainage, and concreting
  • Prepare and clear work areas ready for construction activities
  • Load and unload materials and distribute across site
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Maintain site cleanliness and general housekeeping duties
  • Support plant operators and other trades as required
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and site management
  • Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Be reliable, punctual, and hardworking
