Trainee Financial Adviser We are seeking driven and ambitious individuals to join our upcoming Trainee Adviser Programme . This fully funded 12-month training initiative offers the opportunity to gain valuable financial knowledge and achieve the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning . This programme is designed to kickstart your career in financial advice, offering a supportive environment to build your confidence, gain practical advisory experience, and develop a robust network. Throughout the journey, you will be mentored by experienced professionals and benefit from a structured curriculum. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED Up to three years of experience in sectors such as sales, banking, mortgages, or customer service (essential). Up to two years of experience in a financial services-related role (preferred). A genuine interest in financial planning and delivering excellent client outcomes. Strong literacy and numeracy skills. A confident and professional manner with the ability to engage with people at all levels. A full UK driving licence (manual preferred). Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
