We are seeking to recruit four experienced Site Administrators to support continuous 24/7 warehouse and transport operations at a major UK Fulfilment Centre. This role is essential to maintaining operational compliance, logistical efficiency, and safety standards across all areas of the site, including third-party logistics (3PL) coordination, driver management, returns handling, and enforcement of operational procedures.
The primary objective of this recruitment is to provide full administrative coverage across day and night shifts, supporting both warehouse and transport functions. The positions can be structured as fixed or rotating shifts based on operational needs and workforce flexibility. These roles are integral to ensuring seamless site operations and supporting ongoing performance metrics.
The Site Administrator will be a key point of contact for site logistics and transport coordination, playing a pivotal role in managing administrative processes, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting real-time communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and accurately update transport logs, delivery schedules, and warehouse records.
- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound traffic with third-party logistics providers.
- Manage driver arrival and departure processes, including documentation and check-in/out procedures.
- Handle all administrative aspects of customer returns, including product verification, inspection scheduling, and system input.
- Monitor site-wide compliance with Health & Safety policies and internal operational procedures.
- Enforce site rules and standards, including access control, PPE adherence, and behavioural protocols.
- Support the Distribution Manager in compiling key performance indicators (KPIs), audit preparation, and regulatory compliance documentation.
