We are a small but growing joinery manufacturer based in the Midlands, specialising in bespoke woodwork solutions for commercial interiors. We are looking for a proactive, detail-driven Project Manager to support the Project Director and oversee multiple joinery projects from survey through to delivery.

You will be a key part of our operations team, ensuring that projects run smoothly, are well-documented, and delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will be methodical, a strong communicator, and capable of managing multiple ongoing jobs with varying deadlines.

The role will include:

  • Assisting the Project Director with day-to-day project coordination
  • Managing project documentation including drawings, RAMS, and delivery schedules
  • Attending and carrying out site surveys
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to track progress
  • Coordinating deliveries, installations, and subcontractors
  • Ensuring projects are delivered to specification, time, and budget
  • Reporting project progress and risks
  • Supporting Health & Safety compliance on site

Desired Experience / Qualities:

  • Previous experience managing multiple commercial joinery or fit-out projects is highly beneficial
  • A practical understanding of joinery manufacturing and installation is desirable
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Comfortable using project tracking tools, schedules, and drawing packages
  • Able to work independently and manage deadlines across several projects
  • Full clean UK driver's licence
