Forge Holiday Group is seeking a Senior CRM Executive (Owner) to join our Chester HQ on a hybrid basis. You’ll own owner lifecycle journeys, shape acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention and growth for holiday homeowners across the Forge portfolio, and lead campaigns in Klaviyo.
You’ll collaborate with Data & Analytics, Marketing and external partners to turn insight into targeted journeys, optimise campaigns, manage audience segmentation, and deputise for the CRM Manager when needed,
