Full-Time Mobile Cleaner – Blackpool and Ormskirk

Salary: Company van, fuel card, cleaning equipment, materials and uniform provided for the role.
Pay: Meets National Minimum Wage requirements.
Hours: 40 hours per week.
Start: January 2027, exact date to be agreed.
A company van, fuel card, cleaning equipment, materials and uniform are provided for the role.
- Travelling between sites in Blackpool and Ormskirk in the company van, following the agreed cleaning schedule.
- Cleaning communal areas, entrances, corridors, stairwells and other designated spaces to a consistent standard.
- Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors using appropriate equipment and cleaning products.
- Dusting and wiping surfaces, doors, handrails and frequently touched areas.
- Cleaning shared toilets, washrooms and kitchen areas where provided.
- Emptying bins, replacing liners and taking waste to designated collection areas.
- Monitoring stocks of cleaning materials and arranging replenishment through the office.
- Keeping the company van, equipment and cleaning storage areas tidy and secure.
- Reporting maintenance defects, damage, safety concerns and vehicle or equipment faults promptly.
- Completing cleaning records and keeping the office informed of progress and any access issues.
- Following health and safety procedures, using cleaning products correctly and displaying warning signs where required.
- Dealing courteously and professionally with building users, colleagues and site contacts.
This role suits someone who takes pride in their work, can organise their day and is comfortable working independently across different sites. A full driving licence valid for driving the company van in the UK is required.
