LOCATION: Hybrid role working part from the office in Preston (Lancashire), Essex (London), Theale (Reading) and Havant (Hampshire)

Job Overview

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for Building Control Surveyor / Inspector with previous experience in Building Inspection / Building Control / Surveying or similar.

Working at Regional Building Control Ltd. you will manage a portfolio of domestic and non-domestic construction projects, collaborating with a network of competent RBI’s.

Candidate Requirements

  • Hold Registered Building Inspector status at Class 2a – 2F
  • Professional Building Control Qualification (RICS, CABE or equivalent)
  • Building Control experience with working knowledge of building regulations and legislation
  • Strong organisation and prioritising skills
