Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pasta/Fish Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team. As a Chef , you will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality meals that delight our guests. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and adherence to food safety standards. Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Assist in meal preparation, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
  • Follow food safety protocols to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are met.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Help train new kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and safety practices.

Qualifications

  • 5 years experience as Pasta/Fish Chef .
