Reginald Gray continues to partner with several leading contractors across the Oxfordshire market and we are keen to speak with experienced Quantity Surveyors who are considering their next move. Our clients deliver high quality construction projects across the prime residential, heritage, private education and research and development sectors, working on both new build and refurbishment schemes. Typical project values range from £2m to £50m, offering a variety of technically challenging projects.

Rather than recruiting for one specific vacancy, we are looking to connect with Quantity Surveyors who possess a particular blend of experience and are interested in hearing about opportunities that genuinely align with their background and career aspirations.

We are particularly interested in speaking with Quantity Surveyors who:

  • Have experience working for an established main contractor, managing the commercial delivery of construction projects from procurement through to final account.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering new build and refurbishment projects across sectors such as prime residential, heritage, education or commercial construction.
  • Are commercially astute with experience managing subcontract procurement, valuations, variations, cost reporting and client relationships.
