We are keen to speak with Project-level Quantity Surveyors who are comfortable operating at the coal face of the job. This is a hands-on role within an established and well-regarded commercial team, suited to someone who genuinely enjoys the detail, the process, and the day-to-day intricacies of running projects.
The Role
- Full commercial responsibility at project level
- Hands-on delivery across high-end new build and refurbishment projects
- Typical project values ranging from £5m to £20m
- Sectors vary, but all projects are quality-led and well resourced
- Working closely with site teams to manage costs from start to finish

- Currently operating as a Project Quantity Surveyor
- Comfortable with responsibility and accountability
- Enjoys the detail and rhythm of project delivery

- Realistically aligned with a 3-5 year plan at project level, with progression thereafter
