Reginald Gray have been engaged by a key client to source and secure an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a £7m new build private residence in Oxfordshire. This is a pivotal role, offering the opportunity to take full ownership of a high-specification project within the prime residential market. The successful candidate will act as the cornerstone of the scheme, providing both strategic leadership and hands-on delivery expertise from inception through to completion. You will be supported on site by an experienced Site Manager, enabling you to focus on programme, client liaison, and overall project performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of a £7m private residential new build, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client, consultants, and stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and driving key project decisions.
  • Provide strategic oversight of the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with client expectations and prime residential benchmarks.
  • Oversee and coordinate the full project team, including the Site Manager, contractors, and specialist trades.
  • Manage programme, risk, and procurement processes to ensure seamless delivery and mitigation of potential issues.
  • Ensure all works are carried out in line with health & safety regulations and industry best practice.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering high-value projects within the prime or high-end residential sector.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage both strategic and operational aspects of complex construction projects.
