Reginald Gray are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join an established delivery team on a super prime residential refurbishment project in the Cotswolds. This specific role will take responsibility for the main house, a Grade I listed private residence, requiring exceptional attention to detail and a sensitive, considered approach to heritage construction.
Role
As Site Manager, you will have day‑to‑day responsibility for site operations within the main house, overseeing refurbishment works while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing daily site activities on the main house of a Grade I listed residential refurbishment
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour
