Reginald Gray is delighted to be working with a long-standing client as they continue to strengthen their Core Division with the appointment of an Assistant Site Manager. Based in Oxfordshire, this established contractor delivers projects ranging from 3m to 20m across new build, refurbishment, and heritage restoration sectors and has built an enviable reputation for quality and repeat business.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Site Manager looking to further develop their career within a business known for investing in its people. Supporting the Site Manager and wider project team, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects from site setup through to completion. Responsibilities will include assisting with subcontractor coordination, health and safety management, quality inspections, programme monitoring, and ensuring works are delivered in line with project requirements.

The varied nature of the projects will provide valuable exposure to multiple construction sectors, including heritage and listed building works, offering excellent experience and long-term progression opportunities. Working alongside experienced construction professionals, you will be given the support, guidance, and responsibility required to continue developing your management career.

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or similar role.
