Reginald Gray is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a trusted client for a Project Manager to lead a prestigious and technically challenging project in the heart of Oxford. This high-profile scheme is for a blue-chip end-user client and includes: Structural refurbishment of a listed building. Construction of a new-build rear extension. Additional structural refurbishment of an adjoining property. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a project that requires technical expertise, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with high-profile end users and consultant teams. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: A proven track record of delivering complex cut-and-carve projects ranging from £5M to £15M . Either a degree qualification in a relevant discipline or progression through an NVQ Level 6 pathway. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
