Are you a precision-focused Joiner looking to work on one of the North’s most iconic regeneration projects? Join the team at Victoria Riverside to help deliver high-end residential living at the heart of the new City River Park. We are seeking experienced joiners for finishing and fit-out works as we move toward the final completion phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- High-Spec Fit-Out: Installation of bespoke joinery, including premium cabinetry, shelving, and feature skirtings.
- Finishings: Fitting internal doors, ironmongery (handles, locks), and skirting boards to a superior standard.
- Collaboration: Working alongside a 50-strong local team and various sub-contractors to meet demanding project milestones.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent).
- Certification: Valid CSCS Card (essential for site access).
- Experience: Proven track record in high-quality residential new-builds or luxury apartment fit-outs.
- Tools: Must have a full set of high-quality hand and power tools.
