We have partnered with a global agency as they look to add another Senior Designer to one of their longer standing healthcare clients. This is a chance to join a newly formed creative team working on expert-led marketing for a global Healthcare brand. You’ll be hands-on across a wide mix of projects, producing polished, commercial design that shows up across digital channels, video, social, print and live activity.
About the role
You’ll take a senior position within a growing creative setup, owning projects from early ideas through to final delivery. The work is predominantly digital, but varied, and you’ll have the freedom to shape how the team works while delivering consistently high-quality creative. You’ll be comfortable juggling priorities, working with senior stakeholders, and explaining your thinking clearly when presenting ideas.
What you’ll be doing
- Creating design across digital, social, video, print and event-related projects
- Developing concepts, layouts, typography and presentation-ready visuals
- Managing several projects at once and keeping work on track
- Working closely with senior creatives and wider marketing teams
- Helping define processes and ways of working for a new team
- Ensuring all output meets a high commercial and creative standard
What you’ll bring
- 5–7 years’ experience in a design role
- Strong digital design background with multi-channel experience
- Confidence presenting work and engaging with stakeholders
- Solid understanding of branding and visual systems
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills (After Effects essential)
- Figma experience is a plus, not a requirement
- Experience in regulated sectors is useful but not essential - ideally Healthcare
