We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join a fast-growing digital agency delivering high-quality digital products and transformation programmes for a wide range of clients. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping product strategy, owning delivery, and working closely with cross-functional teams to build user-centric solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working closely with the Product Lead to define, deliver, and manage digital product strategies aligned with user needs, client goals, and industry trends.
- Ensuring product roadmaps reflect clear business objectives, identifying and prioritising features based on impact.
- Overseeing digital product implementation as the key product decision-maker, managing the backlog and keeping teams and clients aligned throughout delivery.
- Collaborating with product, technology, QA, and design teams to turn client requirements into robust, user-focused solutions.
- Producing high-quality outputs such as reports, customer journey maps, roadmaps, and digital deliverables.
- Building long-term client relationships and identifying opportunities for further work, supporting bids and proposals where needed.
- Supporting continuous improvement, mentoring junior product team members, and using feedback to drive enhancements.
- Staying up to date with product management techniques and the wider digital/tech landscape, contributing this knowledge into client engagements and internal development.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in business, IT, or equivalent commercial experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in Product Management and Delivery, ideally within digital transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of product management, agile delivery, and engineering/architecture principles.
- Experience managing the full product lifecycle from ideation through to launch in a project-based environment.
- Proven ability to define and manage product backlogs and roadmaps aligned to business and user needs.
- Skilled in managing demand pipelines, negotiating scope and timelines, and handling a range of stakeholders.
- Experience managing contracts, scope, and commercial performance of projects.
- Able to support tenders/bids and identify potential new opportunities.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence.
- Passionate about product management and ongoing professional development.
