We are working with a well-known creative agency in London who are looking for an HR Advisor to join their team on a six month fixed term contract. This is a broad generalist role covering employee relations case management, benefits and pension administration, and day to day HR operations support across a fast paced, high volume environment. You will be working autonomously from day one so the ability to hit the ground running is essential.
What they are looking for:
- You will have three to five years of HR experience and a solid grounding in ER case management and benefits administration.
- You will be comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously and used to working at pace without needing close oversight.
- The one thing that is non-negotiable is your background. This business operates in a creative, production and technology environment and they need someone who already understands what that world looks like. Candidates without agency, production or tech consultancy experience will not be considered.
