We're working with an established software company as they look to hire two Software Engineers to strengthen their engineering team. This is a hands‑on role for someone who wants to build robust backend systems focused on C++, taking ownership of complex development work, and helping drive engineering standards forward. C++ is the core language, but the team is forward‑thinking and this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to keep progressing and learn modern languages like Rust and Go over time. They are happy to look at applicants from graduate to mid/senior level who have a good grounding in C++.

What you’ll need:

  • Commercial experience with C++ in production environments.
  • Experience working across Linux or Windows.
  • Debugging skills and an engineering mindset focused on quality and performance.

Nice to have (but not essential):

  • Exposure to modern languages such as Rust / Go.
