I’ve partnered with a small software house experiencing exciting growth. As part of that, they are looking for a Support Engineer to help support and shape their growing infrastructure.

Working as part of a small team, supporting a technically focused company, this role will span from supporting general day to day support to looking at basic DevOps practices.

As the Support Engineer, your main objectives will be:

  • Offer general support to the broader business - Typically 1st to 2nd/3rd line support
  • Learn and work towards contributing towards the ongoing support of their CI/CD pipelines
  • Evolve your DevOps-based skillset in line with the business needs over time

As the Support Engineer, you’ll need the following:

  • Proven background in supporting both desktop and server environments across Windows and Linux systems.
  • Exposure to scripting, particularly using Python; any working knowledge of C++, C, Bash, PowerShell or Java is welcome.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
