We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to utilise advanced technical business analysis techniques and systems thinking to support the successful delivery of a strategic transformation project: the implementation of Salesforce and its integration within the University’s systems landscape, with a particular focus on the Student Information System (SITS). You will shape and translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements, ensuring alignment with institutional goals, and enabling technology-driven improvements to student and people-related processes. You will also play a pivotal role in coordinating stakeholders, analysing business processes, and supporting the configuration and integration of Salesforce.
To be successful, you should have extensive experience in technical business analysis across complex programmes with multiple stakeholders and systems, along with experience of working with student records systems and CRMs (ideally SITS/eVision and/or Salesforce). You’ll also have strong interpersonal and engagement skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to successfully collaborate and liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
