Overview

We are looking for an experienced academic to join our team as Lecturer in Interdisciplinary Learning at Regent\’s University London, to contribute to the development and delivery of our practice-based interdisciplinary curriculum.

Our teaching supports students from diverse backgrounds to become critical, reflective, and collaborative learners. Through creative, cross-disciplinary approaches, we prepare students to engage with real-world social, cultural, political, and ethical challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Leading experiential interdisciplinary learning for foundation and first-year students from across the full range of our courses
  • Contributing to interdisciplinary teaching at higher levels of study
  • Supporting curriculum development across the university
  • Enhancing staff development in interdisciplinary pedagogy, reflexive teaching, and innovative assessment

Qualifications

  • Experience and expertise in teaching interdisciplinary and/or shared learning modules
  • Ability to connect academic learning to global professional, cultural, and civic contexts
  • Experience with curriculum development across the university, and with interdisciplinary pedagogy, reflexive teaching, and innovative assessment
