Regent Property are a dynamic and fast-growing agency, offering a complete service for investors, incorporating Lettings, Property Management, Sales, Furniture, Maintenance, Refurbishment and Block Management. We are recruiting for a Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join the team within our London office. This role is Monday to Friday, 9am – 1pm. Full training will be provided but the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience of working in an office environment. Some experience within an Accounting or Finance team would be highly advantageous.

Key responsibilities:

  • Joining our small Client Accounting team, you will deliver an efficient and effective service to Regent’s Clients (Landlords), Tenants, Contractors and Staff:
  • Uploading of daily transactions from the Bank to accounts system
  • Raising of Landlord statements
  • Process payments via BACS in a timely manner to ensure client expectations are met
  • Provide consultative support to Landlords and Tenants on all finance related matters
  • Maintaining client management system (MRI Qube/Aspasia) to ensure all records are accessible and up to date
  • Chase debtors and identifying unallocated funds
  • Paying contractor invoices within 30 days
  • Ensure deposits are protected according to legislation
  • Assisting Landlords with the NRL application process
  • Reporting directly to the Client Accounts Manager

The role:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am- 1pm
  • 31 days holiday per year pro-rata
  • Salary will be £26,500 per year pro-rata
  • WFH 1 day per week after initial settling in period
  • Additional birthday leave
