Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (plus call-outs as required)
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep, safety, and presentation of Beverley Holiday Park. This role is central to ensuring our park runs smoothly, our facilities are maintained to the highest standard, and our guests enjoy an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and maintain all units, ensuring they are clean, safe, and ready for guests.
• Complete unit checklists after cleaning and liaise with reception to confirm readiness.
• Carry out or arrange repairs and replacements for all equipment and facilities.
• Maintain boilers, heating systems, and plumbing across the park.
• Monitor and manage stock levels for maintenance supplies.
• Oversee bin areas, swill out points, and communal facilities, ensuring they remain clean and presentable.
• Read and report meter readings to reception when required.
• Support customer compliance with park rules and site license conditions.
• Guide caravanners safely onto pitches.
• Perform light jet washing of decking, furniture, and communal spaces periodically.
• Cover reception for 2 hours Tuesday to Thursday to update the bookings tracker, ensuring reception contact details are available for guests during this time.
• Attend call-outs as required, ensuring availability or arranging cover.
About You:
• Proven experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a similar hands-on role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Flexible and willing to be on call for urgent issues.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with other team members and guests.
• Organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
