We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and student-centred Sixth Form Coordinator to join our successful Sixth Form team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the academic progress, attendance, wellbeing and aspirations of our sixth form students. Working closely with the Head of Sixth Form, tutors and teaching staff, you will coordinate interventions, provide pastoral support and help students prepare for their next steps, including university, apprenticeships and employment.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to build positive relationships with students, parents/carers and colleagues.
  • Be committed to improving attendance, engagement and student outcomes.
  • Have experience of coordinating support, mentoring or pastoral interventions.
  • Be able to work independently whilst contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.
