The opportunity has arisen for two ambitious, confident and enthusiastic individuals to fulfil the role of Cover Supervisor at Regent High School. The successful candidates should have experience of working in a secondary school environment and be able to demonstrate a high standard of classroom management in order to supervise classes across various subjects when the main class teacher is absent. This is an ideal post for a recent graduates or for individuals eager to gain valuable experience prior to a future career in teaching.
Applicants will be outstanding classroom practitioners and strong communicators with the ability to manage change and motivate staff and students. We welcome applications from candidates who can demonstrate the highest standards of delivery in order to raise attainment and display a commitment to motivating young people.
