Regent College London is seeking an experienced and passionate Associate Lecturer in Sports Science to join our growing academic team. If you\’re dedicated to student success, thrive in a hybrid teaching environment, and want to shape the next generation of business leaders, we want to hear from you!
In this role, you\’ll deliver dynamic Sports Science focused teaching both in person, empowering students to thrive academically and professionally.

The Role
You will deliver and support modules in the Sports Science related disciplines some of these are as follows:
- Fundamentals of Strength and Conditioning
- Physiology of Health, Exercise and Performance I
- Physiology of training
- Nutritional Biochemistry
- Delivering lectures, seminars, and workshops aligned to module specifications
- Updating and maintaining engaging digital learning content via VLE and MS Teams
- Supporting student assessment and providing timely, constructive feedback
- Advising students on academic and pastoral matters, referring where appropriate
- Participating in moderation, standardisation, and academic quality assurance
- Contributing to curriculum development and enhancement of the student experience
What We’re Looking For
- A Master’s degree in Sports Science, or a related field
- Demonstrable experience teaching Sports Science topics in a higher education setting
- Excellent communication and digital teaching skills
- Ability to develop innovative learning materials and manage hybrid delivery
- Commitment to inclusivity and student centred learning
- Teaching qualification or willingness to obtain one
- PhD in Sports Science or equivalent industry experience
- Fellowship of Advance HE (or eligibility)
- Experience with Sports Science research, enterprise activity, or professional networks
