Regent College London is seeking a Visa Compliance Officer to support compliance with UKVI Student Route regulations. The role includes managing pre-enrolment checks, issuing CAS, conducting compliance interviews, and ensuring the College meets all sponsorship duties. You will act as a Level 1 User on the Sponsor Management System, maintain accurate visa records, support UKVI audits, and provide clear guidance to students and staff on immigration processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage pre-enrolment checks and issuing CAS.
- Conduct compliance interviews and right‑to‑study checks.
- Monitor visa expiry dates and assess applications.
- Maintain accurate visa data on the Sponsor Management System, CRM and student records systems.
- Support UKVI audits and act as a Level 1 User on the Sponsor Management System.
Essential Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of immigration or compliance processes.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Accuracy under pressure and confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Desirable
- Experience in the Higher Education sector.
Compliance Statement
