We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with proven experience in the education sector to join our growing education group and play a key role in attracting and appointing high-quality academic and professional services talent. This is a hands-on, strategic role working closely with senior leaders to deliver effective recruitment solutions that support organisational growth, quality and performance.
The Role
- Lead and deliver end-to-end recruitment for academic and professional services roles within an education setting
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned to workforce planning and institutional priorities
- Partner with senior leaders to scope roles and support effective hiring decisions
- Build talent pipelines and proactive sourcing strategies for academic and specialist roles
- Ensure recruitment activity is fair, inclusive and compliant with employment legislation and sector requirements
- Manage employer branding and attraction activity in collaboration with marketing teams
- Oversee recruitment agencies and external suppliers
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to support continuous improvement
About You
- Proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment management role within the education sector
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practice and employment legislation
- Experience recruiting academic and professional services roles
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple recruitment campaigns
- Highly organised, data-driven and solution-focused
