Location: London (Hybrid) – Holborn Head Office, with occasional travel to other sites

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with proven experience in the education sector to join our growing education group and play a key role in attracting and appointing high-quality academic and professional services talent. This is a hands-on, strategic role working closely with senior leaders to deliver effective recruitment solutions that support organisational growth, quality and performance.

The Role

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end recruitment for academic and professional services roles within an education setting
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned to workforce planning and institutional priorities
  • Partner with senior leaders to scope roles and support effective hiring decisions
  • Build talent pipelines and proactive sourcing strategies for academic and specialist roles
  • Ensure recruitment activity is fair, inclusive and compliant with employment legislation and sector requirements
  • Manage employer branding and attraction activity in collaboration with marketing teams
  • Oversee recruitment agencies and external suppliers
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to support continuous improvement

About You

  • Proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment management role within the education sector
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practice and employment legislation
  • Experience recruiting academic and professional services roles
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple recruitment campaigns
  • Highly organised, data-driven and solution-focused
