The Role As a Senior Lecturer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering engaging teaching across a range of business modules. You\\\’ll support students both in person and online, contribute to assessment and quality assurance, and be involved in scholarship and continuous curriculum improvement. Student Academic Support : Be the primary academic contact for a cohort of students, supporting their learning journey and progression. Address engagement and pastoral needs in collaboration with wider student services. Academic Leadership : Line manage academic colleagues, allocate workloads, and contribute to staff development, recruitment, and induction. Teaching contribute to assessment board preparation; review academic integrity cases; and enhance student feedback processes.
