The RTX Business Manager (UK) will lead the candidate lifecycle for the Regent Talent Exchange programme, with primary responsibility for recruitment, selection, placement, and visa compliance. The role ensures high-quality candidate outcomes and successful placements, while maintaining full compliance with US immigration requirements. This position requires strong operational leadership and close collaboration with US counterparts to ensure global alignment and programme excellence.

- Candidate Recruitment & Selection
- Design and deliver end-to-end recruitment strategies
- Manage outreach, screening, interviews, and selection processes
- Ensure candidate quality, readiness, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Placement Matching & Programme Delivery
- Lead matching between candidates and host companies
- Ensure alignment between candidate goals and opportunities

- Manage US J1 visa processes

Essential
