Hours of work: Your required hours of work are 40 hours per week. The business operations are Mon-Thurs, 9am - 9pm and Fri - Sun, 9am - 6pm.

The aim of the role is to provide full and comprehensive student and academic support and record maintenance for programmes across School, delivering excellent customer service in accordance with the procedures and regulations of the school, and acting as the first point of contact for staff and student enquiries.
The role holder will be expected to contribute to excellent service delivery standards by providing information, support and high-quality customer service to academics and students in accordance with agreed standards to enhance student experience.
To assist the school in ensuring the effective administration of Registry which is responsible for all strategy, processes and administration relating to the student experience from enrolment through to graduation.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure that full, accurate and accessible records are kept in relation to all student administration, liaising with other departments as necessary.
- Participates in student record processes and tasks including the updating of the school’s management system (UnitE) in the following areas: results, student progress, withdrawals, suspensions, appeals.
- Monitor student academic journey and performance.
- Help for Academic Exam Board’s (marks collection, data entry, reconciliation) and post Board Duties (Resubmissions, Progression/ Award status).
- Sharing timetable with students handling certificates.
- Provides administrative support for appeals, disciplinary and other Registry related investigations as required.
- Prepares ad hoc reports from the current student related systems on data that is not easily accessible to others or where there is not a bespoke report available.
- Assists other sections of the Registry as directed by the Line Manager.
- Other tasks as and when required.
About You:
You will have previous experience of working in an academic administrative position, with a solid understanding of educational processes. You will have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and experience of delivering good customer service, problem solving, be a team player with a positive attitude. Knowledge and experience of Microsoft office (excel in particular), with the ability to work accurately and effectively to high-pressure deadlines.
