Regent College London is seeking an experienced and passionate Associate Postgraduate Lecturer in Business to work online and to join our growing academic team. The Role

You will deliver and support postgraduate Level 7 modules across a range of disciplines. You will be expected to teach and contribute to at least two of the following subject areas:

  • Finance
  • Human Resource Management (HR)
  • Information Systems
  • Academic Skills
  • Research Skills
  • Marketing

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering lectures, seminars, and workshops aligned to module specifications
  • Updating and maintaining engaging digital learning content via VLE and MSTeams
  • Supporting student assessment and providing timely, constructive feedback
  • Advising students on academic and pastoral matters, referring where appropriate
  • Participating in moderation, standardisation, and academic quality assurance
  • Contributing to curriculum development and enhancement of the student experience

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • A Master’s degree in Business or related field
  • Demonstrable experience teaching Business topics in a higher education setting
  • Excellent communication and digital teaching skills
  • Ability to develop innovative learning materials and manage hybrid delivery
  • Commitment to inclusivity and student-centred learning

Desirable:

  • Teaching qualification or willingness to obtain one
  • PhD in Business or equivalent industry experience
  • Fellowship of AdvanceHE (or eligibility)
  • Experience with Business research, enterprise activity, or professional networks
