We are seeking an Enrolment Officer to deliver excellent customer service and support students through the enrolment and registration process. The role acts as the main point of contact for non-academic student enquiries and ensures accurate and timely completion of enrolment requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the central point of contact for student enquiries
- Support students through pre-registration and enrolment
- Process enrolment documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain student records using CRM and student information systems
- Provide information on college policies, finance, and student support services
- Liaise with internal teams to support student needs
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and college policies
Requirements:
- Strong customer service and administrative skills
- Experience using CRM systems, databases, and MS Office
