In this position, you will drive faculty development, performance, and engagement, ensuring staff have the tools, guidance, and support to thrive. Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development for permanent, fixed-term, and associate faculty.
- Support faculty performance management, including workload planning, KPIs, appraisals, and professional development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery and positive student outcomes.
- Provide guidance and support to staff, addressing feedback, performance issues, and compliance matters.
- Facilitate faculty development initiatives across teaching, digital learning, and quality enhancement areas.
- Monitor and communicate student and staff feedback to inform continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in higher education management, faculty development, and training.
- Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in a regulated sector.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and diplomacy.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across complex organisational structures.
- Experience in recruitment, curriculum development, and quality management is highly desirable.
- Educated to degree level, with a Master’s preferred or equivalent professional experience.
