Regent Hill London is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Lecturer in Business and Management to join our growing academic team. You will be an adaptable, engaging educator who brings business concepts to life through discussion, storytelling and practical scenarios, inspiring postgraduate students to challenge ideas, apply their learning and think independently.

The Role
As a Lecturer, you will design, develop and deliver interactive, intellectually challenging teaching across our postgraduate business programmes. You will adapt your approach to each cohort, encouraging debate and practical business application. Alongside teaching, you will assess student work, provide academic and pastoral support, and contribute to curriculum development, quality assurance and scholarship.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging postgraduate lectures, seminars and tutorials through discussion, storytelling and practical business scenarios
Adapt teaching to each cohort, encouraging critical thinking, debate and the application of business concepts
Develop and update teaching materials, module content and digital learning platforms
Design assessments, mark student work and provide timely, constructive feedback
Monitor attendance, engagement and assessment submissions, supporting student progress and success
Provide academic and pastoral support as a Personal Academic Tutor, signposting students to specialist services where needed
Contribute to quality assurance, moderation, module and programme evaluations, and curriculum enhancement
Collaborate with colleagues and engage in scholarship to strengthen teaching practice and the student experience
