Hours: 42 hour contract Job Types: Full time, Permanent Due to expansion, we are again looking to hire experienced Support workers in the Preston Area to support individual within supported living accommodation. We are passionate about making a difference to lives of the people we support and working collaboratively with our service users to support them to acquire new skills, develop a sense of improved confidence, and understand the meaning of being valued as an individual. Job Role: SSP are growing and we are looking for experienced support staff to join us in our new services. These roles will be to support Adult with Learning Disability and other complex healthcare needs in our Independent Supported Living service in Preston. – Providing a great level of care and support to a vulnerable adult in a Supported Living Setting. – Experience of supporting people with the behaviours that may be seen as challenging – Record keeping – Report writing/ Incident writing – Some personal care could be involved – Ensure the respect, dignity and rights to privacy of supported person far as possible. – Working together with the supported person family and professionals.
