We are looking for a experienced Senior support worker to join our expanding services, working between Blackburn and Preston. The ideal candidate will have: * UK Driving license * 1 year + leadership/senior experience * Willingness to learn and develop on the job. Responsibilities:  To take a lead role in supporting Service Users in their own homes and in the community through person centred approaches in line with their individual support plan  To provide flexible and supportive services to maximise Service User independence  Work within the context of Select Support Partnerships policies and procedures Main Responsibilities and Duties General Work in partnership with Service Users, their families and representatives to implement all aspects of their support plans. Encourage Service Users to have a proactive approach to their lives and to maximise their inclusion and participation in the community according to their needs, wishes and preferences. Promote equality and diversity within the service and the wider community. Maintain confidentiality at all times.
