Regenified was founded in 2022 by pioneers of regenerative agriculture. Our founders are widely recognised as leading figures and trusted guardians of the regenerative movement and its transition into mainstream agriculture. Regenified’s purpose is to accelerate the adoption of regenerative agriculture by translating data and intelligence into trusted, unified, and practical standards that enable a regenerative economy. Our standards have been approved by some of the world’s largest grocery retailers, and we actively verify significant areas of farmland producing grains, beef, poultry, eggs, and fresh produce.
The Role
We are seeking a Field Verifier to deliver high-integrity verification and certification services across farms, ranches, and supply chains—ensuring producer practices and supporting evidence meet Regenified’s standards with accuracy, consistency, and defensibility. This role involves up to 60% travel, primarily conducting in-field verifications, with the remaining time focused on report drafting, evidence review, onboarding support, and back-office validation in partnership with the Lead Verifier.
In this role, you will help translate Regenified’s standards into consistent, real-world practice. You will act as a trusted partner to producers, internal verification colleagues, and cross-functional stakeholders—ensuring clarity, confidence, and high trust throughout the verification journey. You will be both a hands-on operator and a thoughtful problem-solver. Success in this role means helping build a scalable, high-integrity verification experience that supports Regenified’s growth while delivering meaningful impact to the farming communities and systems we serve.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct In-field Verifications: Carry out on-site assessments at farms and field locations, primarily across the UK and Europe, validating evidence against Regenified’s standard and ensuring rigorous, consistent data collection and documentation. Occasional international travel may be required. A valid passport is essential.
- Coordinate Data Collection and Close Gaps: Work closely with producers and partners to gather missing documentation, resolve discrepancies, and ensure complete and accurate evidence packages.
- Draft and Finalise Verification Reports: Produce clear, defensible reports that accurately reflect findings, scoring, and supporting evidence, and present results to producers in a clear and constructive manner.
- Support Report Review and Quality Assurance: Participate in internal review processes and corrective iterations; incorporate feedback from the Lead Verifier to maintain consistency and “single source of truth” standards.
- Support Onboarding and Calibration: Assist with the onboarding and training of apprentice and new verifiers; reinforce consistent interpretation of standards and high-quality field execution.
- Escalate Field Anomalies and Scoring Questions: Identify issues early, document them clearly, and escalate to the Lead Verifier with well-considered recommendations for resolution.
- Contribute to Operational Consistency: Follow established field playbooks and checklists, and provide feedback to help strengthen SOPs, tools, and training materials.
- Customer Experience: Deliver an exceptional experience for producers and partners by providing accurate, timely information and acting as a trusted source of knowledge throughout verification engagements.
- Special Projects: Contribute to special projects that improve the quality, efficiency, and overall delivery of the Regenified verification programme.
What You’ll Bring
- Mission Alignment: A strong passion for regenerative agriculture and a genuine commitment to supporting farmers and partners driving this movement forward.
- Relevant Expertise: Field-based credibility across cropping and/or livestock systems, with the ability to assess practices, documentation, and outcomes in real-world agricultural settings.
- Functional Experience: 2+ years’ experience in auditing, verification, agronomy, conservation, supply-chain assurance, or related field-based assessment roles.
- Builder’s Mindset: Comfortable working in a fast-growing, early-stage organisation and motivated by building and improving processes, systems, and ways of working.
- Operational Excellence: Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable using tools such as Salesforce, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office.
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Able to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into clear, practical actions.
- Communication: Strong ability to explain technical or complex concepts clearly, simply, and with empathy.
- Collaboration: Comfortable working within a team-based delivery model and open to coaching and feedback to improve consistency and quality.
