Regeneron seeks an Associate Director to lead companion diagnostic (CDx) strategy and development in the UK, owning programs from feasibility through validation, regulatory submissions, and launch.

You will translate biology into validated assays guiding drug development decisions.

You will work with biomarker science, clinical development, regulatory, and external IVD partners to align milestones with therapeutic programs; hybrid onsite role in Uxbridge with 3 days on site.
