We are looking for an Associate Director of Commercial Launch & Project Management to lead product launches across our international markets, with a strong focus on the European Union. In this role, you’ll partner with global and regional teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver launches that bring innovative therapies to patients. You’ll play a key part in connecting teams, managing timelines, and ensuring launches stay on track from early planning through execution.

Typical Day

  • Leading early planning for international product launches 12–18 months ahead
  • Defining launch scope, resources, and budgets with brand teams
  • Coordinating stakeholders across regions and functions
  • Building and managing launch timelines, tracking progress and dependencies
  • Running kick-off meetings and ongoing launch discussions
  • Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and keeping delivery on track
  • Driving problem-solving and escalating key issues when needed
  • Sharing clear updates on status, risks, and timelines with leadership

Experience managing international launches across matrix teams is essential, while a PMP certification and exposure to AI tools are a plus.
