We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager for Standards & Training. In this vital role, you will oversee the development and maintenance of our pharmacovigilance procedures while shaping our comprehensive global training programs. You will be responsible for driving process standardization, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading a team dedicated to excellence in patient safety.
A Typical Day
- Developing, implementing and maintaining SOPs, work instructions, templates, forms, and business practice tools in collaboration with the Global Development Process & Procedures group as well as subject matter experts (SMEs) within and outside GPS; this includes periodic review of procedures to ensure they continue to correctly describe GPS processes.
- Managing the GPS procedural portfolio to ensure the pharmacovigilance (PV) system complies with global safety regulations for clinical trial and postmarketing.
- Drive standardization across GPS processes and training; support procedural document implementation.
- Establish and manage training curricula in collaboration with SMEs.
- Deliver pharmacovigilance training to stakeholders.
- Managing relationships with external partners and team members.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, Business, or a related team. You should have proven experience in managing training programs and ensuring compliance as well as a strong understanding of EU regulations and their application in training environments. Outstanding leadership and project management skills are crucial, along with experience in data analysis and reporting tools to measure training efficiency. While not required, a Master’s degree or equivalent experience, familiarity with digital training platforms and tools, and certification in training or instructional design are highly preferred.
