We are seeking a Senior Manager Global Procurement International Markets UK France to join our Global Procurement team, supporting our international markets organization in a hybrid work model.
In this role, you will drive procurement activities across the UK and France while collaborating with country stakeholders, international market leads, and global category teams.

- Lead procurement activities across the UK and France markets.
- Implement global category strategies within local markets.
- Provide country input to strengthen global category strategies.
- Execute sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and supplier management activities.
- Partner with stakeholders on budgets, spend planning, and future business needs.
- Review local contracts and analyze spend trends and patterns.
- Drive procurement process consistency and best practices across international markets.
- You build strong relationships and influence stakeholders to deliver results.
This role requires
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and progressive procurement experience.
- 10 years of experience in procurement within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry preferred.
- Experience leading or supporting global category teams, suppliers, and procurement processes.
- Expertise in sourcing, negotiations, contracting, and supplier relationship management.
- Knowledge of local market requirements and supply markets.
- Experience using market intelligence, risk, compliance, and financial assessment tools.
- Ability to deliver cost savings, cash flow improvements, and category value.
- Strong data analysis and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience coaching procurement professionals and leading teams preferred.
- Working knowledge of sourcing, contracting, ERP, and e RFx systems, including Oracle, Zycus, GEP, Ariba, or similar tools.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
