The Senior Manager, Learning Center of Excellence (LCoE) – Regional Training serves as the primary connection between an assigned region and the global Learning Center of Excellence. In this role, you will support the design, delivery, and facilitation of regionally relevant training by partnering closely with Training Business Partners, Learning Designers, subject‐matter experts, and regional stakeholders. The position plays a key role in ensuring learning experiences are effective, compliant, culturally appropriate, and aligned with business needs across geographies.

A Typical Day
- Partner with Training Business Partners and Learning Designers to adapt global learning materials to local and regional needs, including cultural relevance, appropriate use of materials, and language considerations.
- Collaborate with subject‐matter experts to facilitate live training sessions, both face‐to‐face and virtually, covering systems, business processes, functional onboarding, and role‐specific topics.
- Support consistent delivery of high‐quality learning experiences across the assigned region.
- Serve as a visible learning partner at regional events such as All‐Hands meetings, kick‐offs, and regional forums.
- Build and maintain a network of regional subject‐matter experts who act as learning advocates.
- Promote learning initiatives to drive engagement and participation across teams.
- Act as a point of contact for learning‐related questions when Training Business Partners are unavailable due to time zone or capacity constraints.
- Provide language support or translation coordination for learning discussions where required.
- Serve as the primary onboarding contact for the assigned region in partnership with the LCoE Onboarding team.
- Adapt onboarding materials to meet local requirements where necessary.
- Coordinate buddy assignments to support new hire integration.
- Host regular open office hours to address onboarding‐related questions and support a smooth transition into the organization.
- Act as a regional learning subject‐matter expert on compliance and regulatory considerations impacting training delivery.
- Advise Training Business Partners on required legal or compliance approvals and associated timelines.
- Ensure regional training materials are appropriately reviewed, approved, and compliant prior to use.
- Support learning administration activities, including LMS coordination, registration, attendance tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate on training schedules and proactively identify risks related to holidays, regional events, or operational constraints.
- Coordinate internal facilitators, guest speakers, and external vendors as needed.
- Develop and adapt training communications, including invitations, reminders, and follow‐up materials.

- Experience working in matrixed, international organizations with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills in both written and spoken contexts.
- A structured approach to planning, coordination, and execution of learning initiatives.
- Experience contributing to training plans, curricula, and learning materials at scale.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory, working knowledge of additional European languages is preferred.
- To be considered, you bring a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or life‐science training, learning, or capability development.
- You have experience designing and delivering training across multiple formats (live, virtual, blended) and comfort facilitating sessions for diverse audiences across regions and cultures.
- You are willing and ready to travel internationally for 25% of the time.
