We are excited to invite you to join our team as a Commercial Operations Intern. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the Ex-US leadership team by managing key projects and events. Working closely with the Commercial Strategy & Operations Lead, you'll gain hands-on experience in project management, vendor coordination, and operational excellence. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful initiatives while growing your skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.
A Typical Day:
- Coordinate and manage key projects by organizing meetings, overseeing schedules, and tracking milestones.
- Support vendor management, including contracting and invoicing, primarily for data and training needs.
- Plan and execute significant business events such as incentive trips, offsite meetings, and other leadership activities.
- Collaborate with the training lead and country commercial operations teams to develop and standardize onboarding processes.
- Assist in implementing Tableau reporting and data integration across key markets through effective project management.
- Contribute to the International team's communications by preparing engaging quarterly newsletters.
