Build our future together. Regeneron is founded on the belief that the right idea, combined with the right team, can lead to significant transformations. Our growing global network is dedicated to inventing, developing, and commercializing medicines that change lives for those with serious diseases. In doing so, we are pioneering innovative approaches to science, manufacturing, and commercialization, as well as redefining our understanding of health.

We are seeking a Director, Global Development Strategic Partnerships to identify, establish, and manage strategic relationships with external organisations and institutions. You will coordinate across a matrix of teams to create partnership opportunities that strengthen clinical development, clinical research, and Regeneron’s broader R&D objectives. You will support partnership agreements from identification and evaluation through contract drafting, execution, and ongoing relationship management, working closely with internal leaders to maintain collaboration, continuity, and alignment.

Discover your role:

  • Develop a long-term, company-wide strategy for working with external organisations to support clinical trials and translational and basic research.
  • Identify and evaluate external partners based on agreed organisational needs, opportunities, and capability gaps.
  • Drive the evaluation and coordination of partnership opportunities, engaging internal experts when additional support is required.
  • Coordinate new opportunities with existing and prospective partner organisations.
  • Support contract drafting and execution while remaining connected to strategic relationships throughout the agreement lifecycle.
  • Manage and track external partnership opportunities in collaboration with project management and other external-facing colleagues.
  • Build consistent communication channels with internal and external partners to maintain continuity, alignment, and productive relationships.
  • Work collaboratively across functions to prioritise strategic partnerships and identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency.

This role requires:

  • Previous experience and a deep understanding of the drug development process.
  • A proven track record of developing and maintaining partner relationships at all organisational levels.
  • Strong existing relationships and a positive reputation within the life sciences industry, particularly with academic medical centres and large health systems.
  • Strong business and financial management acumen, with experience in strategic planning and tactical execution.
  • The ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and projects with urgency while working within a matrix organisation.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and consensus-building skills, with the ability to communicate accurately and concisely.

We are committed to building a workplace with an inclusive culture. Where required, we will provide reasonable accommodation to applicants with known disabilities or chronic illnesses during the recruitment process, unless such accommodation would impose undue hardship.
