We are seeking an Associate Director Commercial Launch Management EU Region to join our commercial function, supporting our international markets in a hybrid work model. In this role, you will lead commercial launch planning and execution across international markets while collaborating with global and regional teams. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.
Requirements:
- Master's degree preferred
- At least 10 years of commercial launch planning experience within pharma or biotech
- Experience managing international launches across matrix teams
- Strong proficiency with project management tools, including MS Project
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- PMP certification preferred
- Exposure to AI tools is a plus
- Ability to influence decisions and drive progress across teams
- Strong relationship-building, organisation, delivery focus, and continuous improvement mindset
